You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us with your order number and we will issue a refund.

However if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case please follow our returns procedure.

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped directly from our Bowers & Wilkins factory headquarters in the UK.

We offer same day courier dispatch on all headphones and speakers if ordered before 3pm CET Monday – Friday.

Accessories are dispatched by 1st Class UK Air Mail.

Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times in your region:

Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Pick In Progress means your order is currently being processed

Shipped means your item has been dispatched and on its way - you can track its progress via the courier link or by logging into your account

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order hasn't arrived you can track it online by logging into your account.

If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period you can contact us.

Multiple items may arrive separately – however if there are items missing in your order then contact us.

If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us via our Returns procedure. We will arrange a refund as soon as possible.

60 day home trial

Bowers & Wilkins engineers its products to provide consistently great sound. Try our products at home for 60 days and find out why we’re the best in our field for top quality audio.

If for any reason you feel our products aren’t right for you simply return it to us within 60 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and include all original content.

We recommend using a courier who can provide a tracked delivery service.

We guarantee all our electronics, headphones and speakers with a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We guarantee our accessories with a 90 day warranty.

Before arranging the repair of an apparently faulty or broken product, please visit our product support section or contact our support team who can guide you through the product’s set-up process.

If your product was purchased less than 60 days ago, you can return it for a refund and then reorder a new product online if you require a replacement. After that time, a product can be repaired according to its warranty conditions.
